To confirm a reservation one night's deposit is required.

Cancellations
If notice of cancellation is given at least 7 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a £5 administration fee per room. With less than 7 days notice the deposit will be forfeit.

Arrival and Departures
There is always a member of staff on the premises. Reception is open between 7.30am and 10.00pm.

Check-in
We guarantee rooms will be ready by 2:30pm. If you arrive before this time you are welcome to store your luggage and relax in our lounge.

Check-out
Checkout time is 11a.m. You may leave your luggage at the hotel on your departure day until 10 p.m.
